Throttle on surron light bee just giving off a buzzing noise , no power . Anyone had this problem or know a fix

It sounds like the motor has a short between the phases which could cause a feedback buzz in the motor controller. Try identifying the exact location of the buzzing and use a multimeter (SAFELY please) to debug where the short is taking place.
