Hello. We just added an "X" x260 controller to my sons Segway 160 (upgraded with a 60v battery). We now can't get the bike to exceed 25 mph. He says it also feels like it's "braking when I let go of the throttle". Suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

The X260 controller should have connectivity to your smartphone through the segway app. In the app you can set and modify parameters like max speed, regenerative braking and other characteristics of the bike. Try pairing the bike with your phone and go from there!
